TEACHING PHYLOSOPHY STATEMENT

As a teacher I like to know where my students are coming from, where their difficulties in learning arise, either through assessment and testing or by observation.  Trying to improve their grades is often times a one-on-one collaboration where patience and organization is key.  I tend to teach how I was taught, so I love to teach so children won't gear learning.
